Advantage

With the adjustment function, it is not easy to be affected by moisture and temperature, and the expansion and contraction changes are not affected in the long term.
It has high density and compact material, so it has no dust falling problem, and has good fire insulation, heat insulation and sound insulation effects. High flatness can be painted and tiled on the surface.

 
Disadvantage Harder material, less change rate of water absorption, making modeling ceiling is more difficult than gypsum board.

Advantage Light texture and easy construction. Has extremely high fire resistance and good sound absorption
Disadvantage

Prone to yellowing due to moisture,the market is full of Chinese products. For special moldings, the price is higher. Cannot paint on the surface. Less variation in surface style of board.

The load-bearing and compressive effect is poor, so it cannot be impacted by external force.
